contact us latest news council members current issues meetings village events useful addresses planning have your say		News  Latest Sudbury area newsletter  Sept 2007 Latest police safety news  Sept 2007 Latest police crime prevention newsletter  Sept 07 Use of The Green for events and signs   A reminder that permission is required from the Parish Council for any event/stall etc. which is to be held on The Green.  The Parish Council has agreed that signs for events in the locality will be allowed on The Green subject to the following conditions:  Permission must be sought from the Parish Council beforehand.  Permission will usually be granted provided the signs advertise only local not for profit or charity events of benefit to local people, are not advertising or promoting a business, are not displayed more than two weeks before the advertised event, and are restricted to the corner of The Green beneath the village sign.  Cemetery - new fees and regulations from 1 January 2006 please click here to view (in pdf format)
